EARTHQUAKES IN LONDON

Directed by Rob Watt in the Institute of the Arts Barcelona

” Earthquakes in London is simply the story of a family. Three sisters, Freya, Jasmine and Sarah, all very different people, but each in her own way a product of our time. Their stories, individually and collectively, illustrate the world we all share for a time and how we treat it and each other. As the three sisters attempt to navigate their dislocated lives and loves, their dysfunctional father, a brilliant scientist, predicts global catastrophe.
Spanning generations, this epic story is part myth, part parable, part nightmare, under an umbrella of magical realism and delivered via roller coaster. ” Rob Watt

ROLE: JASMINE

“The youngest of the three sisters is Jasmine, who was kicked out of university and tries hard to get her eldest sister’s attention. The sassy, flirty and rebellious young woman is shaped by the fact that she has never met her father. Heath-Anderson fits the role perfectly. You could think it was written especially for her.”
